[/color]Kin could feel sweat running down the back of her neck, and it was a nice feeling. Not the actual sweat thing—but the fact that she was getting a good work out. Exercise was good for a person and it was the reason Kin was moderate risk instead of high risk. When she was frustrated or irritated people could find her here working it off physically so she didn’t have another outburst. She knew that there were better ways to manage her temper, but for the moment this was what worked for her.
Today, the irritation was something so insignificant it was a wonder she had gotten so angry—the problem? Her shower that morning had shifted from hot water to cold water on her suddenly pissing her off and leaving her standing freezing as far from the stream of water as she could be covered in foaming shampoo as it leaked down her hair, not having been rinsed properly. It had taken her ten minutes to get the hot water back and she had barely contained herself long enough to finish the shower. Now her hair was still very damp and in a braid behind her as she ran along a treadmill. Usually she would run outside but she didn’t want to run into too many people while she was this volatile.
Her feet kept pace and kept moving despite her heavy sweat and her breathing was starting to come to a bit of a pant as she breathed in her nose and out her mouth to regulate her air flow. She had been going for about ten minutes and would take a break in a moment, having already simmered quite drastically from how angry she had been moments earlier.
Kin’s track pants were cozy around her and she had picked them in favour of shorts today because she hadn’t had the patience to shave her legs after the shampoo issue. Her black tank top had dampness around her armpits and down her back, but also around her breast line. She smelt a little bad from the sweat that coated her body, as she started turning down the machine before bringing it to a complete stop.
Her black and red running shoes were going to smell awful after having her feet in them as long as they had and sweating like they were, but these particular shoes were for working out so it didn’t matter. Kin picked up and took a long drink from her water bottle and sat on the treadmill’s edge to catch her breath, her mind having come mostly out of that haze that her anger caused. She took another sip of the water as she cooled off a bit, getting ready for a second run.
