* -Personality:Ember has a bubbly personality, and underneath that a vault of secrets and darkness. She’s not the social chick who will talk to just about anyone about everything, but she knows almost her entire high school, and is invited to just about every party. With a close tight knit group of a few select friends, she’s just all over the place overall. Sweet and funny is what she was known for in middle and grade school, in addition to her freshman year of high school.. It goes opposite when the family is involved though. Her family is a cold one, with no true family dynamics.
Her twin sister, Catherine, has always been the favored twin, and Ember has been affected greatly by it. Always, it was ‘Catherine did better than you in this’ and ‘Catherine did this and that’, and what pissed her off the most was ‘why can’t you just be like Catherine?”. She has never considered her mother or father as parental figures, and instead relied on herself and her aunt, Angela Webber, who was her mother’s twin. She’s always been closed off and snarky when necessary with her immediate family, but with everyone else, she was a sweetheart.
She’s the girl that you saw as a jock, running track and swimming, the girl who was also the artsy chic, and the chick who was friends with everyone, with her own group of close knit best friends. She was always calm and collected in public, and held herself together well; She always had to, to beat Catherine when they were younger in the behavior department. She never won.
Respectful and professional when needed, no one knew this ginger was a slowly ticking time bomb. Coldly calculated in an intelligent way, she’s shown that she isn’t just a bubbly ginger. She’s got a dark side, a side of vengeance and need for love. Her mother was full of cold diamond kisses. And you know what they say about diamonds. Beautiful to look at, but cold and hard to the touch.
She thinks she’s the worst person on the Earth, that she is the ultimate failure. Even with getting accepted to the most prestigious school and being loved by the staff and faculty, nothing was ever enough to get from behind her sisters shadow. When she got an A+ on an essay, her sister wins a national essay contest. Everything’s always felt like a competition to Ember; when they got to high school, everything became so much for Ember. By this point in her life, she had developed OCD, which had began earlier on in her life at the age of 9, but it manifested to a point that when she received a point lower than Catherine in one class, she exploded. Soon enough, she had to make certain little things a certain way; Nothing could be perfect. It reminded her too much of her other half that was just so perfect, when she herself was a defect copy of her. Everything had to be imperfect, broken in a way. New chalk had to broken in half. New journals written on, and so forth. She lost the friendly and good girl image slowly, and soon was the talk of the school for what her latest antic had been. And that was all during her freshman year.
After she attended her first high school party at the end of freshman year, she developed a sexual obsession; To have sex with strangers, and make baseball card like cards for them. She would take a picture of them, paste it on an index card (the color depending on how good they were in bed), and write facts about them on the back. She hides it all well, but you can tell that in her eyes, she’s looking for the chance to win something and prove herself to…. Well, she hasn’t figured that one out yet.

* -Origin: Washington D.C

* -Father: Marco Lang Hill, 43, English teacher
* -Siblings: Catherine Melissa Hill, 16, student
* -Other Important People: Angela Natasha Webber, 40, Graphic designer
* -History:Ember Abigail Hill was born on February 15, alongside her twin sister, Catherine Melissa Hill. Catherine was the only child the couple had been expecting; Expect their surprise when they saw Ember wriggling, gasping for breath when she born, tiny and small from lack of nutrition Catherine had sucked up for herself. Even in the womb, everything was a competition. Thus explaining Embers strange name; Her parents had no clue what to call her, and the nurse commented that the ICU had been calling her Ember. The name had stuck, and she became Ember Abigail Hill. Growing up, her parents had always favored Catherine over Ember; she was prettier, smarter, better. She was their little angel; Ember was just a peasant in the way of the family’s ultimate happiness. She was always treated like a cancer almost, unwanted and unnecessary. She went to the best schools, and was second best in her class at all times; Her sister was the only who could beat her.
Ember had never been able to identify with either one of her parents. Instead, she connected with her mothers twin sister; her aunt, Angela Webber. She had been married, but her husband had died of terminal cancer before Ember had ever been born. Her aunt knew some about the twin rivalry, and was like her mother figure. Slowly though, Ember’s mother began disapproving of her sisters ‘free lance liberal attitude and life style’, and Ember wasn’t allowed over to her aunts house anymore. That’s when the OCD started. She was 9.
With friends becoming more and more distant from her (in her mind at least) she strived to fit in, and beat her sister. She was glad that Catherine was arrogant and stuck up; The one thing Ember was better at was the friends department. But, her mother had always said friends were nothing in life. As her OCD worsened and went undiagnosed, Ember went through elementary school and middle school feeling out of the loop, although she was the center of nearly every clique. 8th grade came and left, and soon it was high school. Catherine was always one step ahead of her, and her parents became all the more unbearable. Slowly, she shed the need to be a socialist. She soon wasn’t friends with too many people, her awkwardness shining out, and her obsessive compulsive disorder starting to raise hell. She snapped by the end of the first semester.
Ember soon had a ‘fuck it’ attitude to everything. She snuck out of the house, she smoked, she drank, she did it all. Literally. In her mind, she convinced herself she needed to please no one, or need them either. She would go to class, not do many assignments, but ace the tests and quizzes each time, giving her a great GPA, even though she skipped class. Her parents took this opportunity to trash talk her all the time, but Ember didn’t give a fuck. But, slowly, inside, the need to be better than Catherine was chewing at her like it had been all her life.
She began sleeping around, and had what some would call an obsession with sleeping with strangers. She began her collection of them now, and no one knew or had seen the cards for a year. That is, until her aunt came to their home for Thanksgiving. She toured the house, and soon made her way into Embers room. Before Ember could stop her, she saw the baseball cards laid out in neat piles, and nearly had a heart attack. Soon enough, she could tell from just looking at Ember’s room that she had a problem. Everything was broken, torn up. Nothing was in mint condition, not even the things Ember held dear to her. Everything was… Imperfect. After that, her aunt persuaded her parents to send her away to Rosedale Academy. At least now they knew that Ember was better than her sister at some things; Sleeping around, and hiding secrets.

* -Sample:Scarlett was just finishing her makeup when she heard the familiar and deep bass voice of Mike on the PA system in the club. Feeling the sudden rush of adrenaline, she looked at herself in the mirror. Her hair done up in ponytails, she had on only sheer pink tinted lip gloss as makeup on her face, aside from the subtle brown eyeliner rimming her currently purple grey eyes. Her skirt was short to the max, only a mere inch below her ass. Her long legs were tanned slightly from her time at the beach during the summer, and from the knee down they were covered up by white knee high socks. Her top was a thin white shirt; see through so that you could see her red bra. With buttons opened here and there, you could tell she was what the equivalent of a slutty naughty schoolgirl was. A year ago, she would have imagined this was a Halloween costume that she was wearing after a burst of boldness. But now, it was what she wore on a daily basis during the evenings for her job.
She wasn’t ashamed. Not at all. She loved it at Bottoms Up, and couldn’t think of anywhere else she’d rather be right then.
“And now, it’s time for our favorite one and only, Lottie!”
She turned her head slightly, and knew it was her time to go on stage. In her 7 inch black kitty heels, she walked expertly toward the entrance to the stage, and knew that tonight she’d rock another few married people’s worlds. She was going to give the guys whose girlfriends weren’t putting out a view, or the girl’s whose girlfriends weren’t feeling generous that night. Most importantly, she was going to fuck some single person somewhere out there in the audience. Someone who was almost equivalent to her, a lost soul in the sea of damned love. Someone else who had been scorned, or screwed up from the thing so many people find incredible and amazing. She heard the claps and hoots from people all around her as she made her way on to stage, to make love with her audience’s eyes and her dance floor.
