Each and everyone of the bloodsuckers in the Eastern Europe area are the offspring of their supreme leader: Dracula. His thirst for power (and blood) is rising and with it his army is growing. He's got Romania under his belt already, soon most of Eastern Europe, and eventually, to North America.
