CANONS

Stumped for a character well here are some characters that are roaming the halls of Rosedale Academy. The stuff thats not filled out is up to you, but the stuff that is must be applied to the character in some way. Take a look and if you see one you like, post a reply to reserve!

Meet little Miss Slutface, or at least that’s what you would think about a teenage girl going to Rosedale Academy for sex addiction. Nobody would think that she is a sex addict when they first look at her innocent face, but once she lures you in there is no denying her. Maybe she looks like an angel, but she’s really a devil in disguise.

This boy isn’t your typical sex addict. He is particular about the sex that he has. He is into slave and master sex, more specifically in the form of horse and jockey. He takes the role of the horse and is prone to tantrums if you take away the bit that he wears around his neck when not “in character”.

She is a fairly sweet girl under most circumstances, but the second you use her full name she becomes violent and furious. Childhood trauma has forced her to despise the use of her full name and goes by an unrelated nickname.

Blind fits of rage and all in walks a boy with anger management issues. Looking at this boy he seems like a big jokester, cracking jokes, pulling pranks, etc. But that’s just a front to hide the fact that his past haunts him everyday. In reality his anger that is triggered by threats to the weak and people he loves is linked to his past, his past that is full of trauma and murder.

Going from foster home to foster home growing up this girl is the typical problem child lost in the system. She’s gone through a lot in different foster homes and turned to the drugs that were usually lying on the table to escape. However finally a social worker took notice and they sent her to Rosedale.

Don’t be surprised if you catch him stealing medication from the mental patients, because he abuses prescription drugs. Having lived with a very sick mother, he turned to stealing her pain medication as a way to cope.

This girl is the classic case of an insomniac. She can go for days without sleep, but it tends to drive her neurotic. Due to some past issues getting to sleep usually depends on a heavy dose of sleeping meds. Just don’t mess with her when she’s gone over the deep end, she’s pretty nutty.

This boy is different, to say the least, and hard for most people to manage. Growing up in a highly religious family, he believes that he is God’s vessel for cleansing the world of demons. He sees everyone he meets as either good or evil, an angel or a demon. He attempts to rid the world of the demons, one of those demons having been his little sister.

She is, by far, the quietest person that you will ever meet, because she doesn’t talk. Her social anxiety has forced her to become an elective mute, never uttering a word to anyone that she meets. She usually communicates through a notepad and pen, which she is quite creative with.

This guy is borderline phobic. He is so scared of interacting with people that he thinks twice before saying something at risk of some horrible consequences. You’ll see him trying to be invisible and almost paralyzed when he even is near people. What made the Academy place him under Social Disorder is beyond anybodies knowledge.

This girl is not like other girls, haunted by a physical deformity (of your choice, examples are albinism, a large birthmark, etc.) that sets her apart from everyone else. You can easily spot her in a crowd because of this, and since her first day of school people have asked her what is wrong with her. One day it became too much and she attempted to rid herself of her deformity, but ended up here instead.

After a horrible car crash killing the people that he holds dear while he was behind the wheel just a year ago this guy changed. He became secluded and depressed. Eventually on the one year anniversary of the crash he couldn’t take it anymore and decided he’d rather join his dead loved ones than be with the people in the living world.

Alcohol the thing that usually makes people insane is actually this girl’s way to calm herself down. Usually moody, goofy, bitchy, and borderline insane alcohol is the only way that actually makes her mellow out.

Suffering from violent migraines, alcohol is the only escape from pain that he can find. This boy suffers from a mean brain tumor that causes very violent headaches, headaches that he can only get rid of with alcohol. When sober he is nearly unresponsive and crippled with pain, but drunk he is able to function normally without any pain.

Not the typical girl with an eating disorder this girl has Orthorexia, which means she is obsessed with eating properly. She takes it too far and has panic attacks when someone even puts junk food near her.

Plagued with a disorder called pica, he has an appetite for eating things one might not normally consume. While he can often be seen munching on cubes of ice and very starchy things, he favors paper and wood. His family has had a lot of trouble with him throughout his life, and he willingly accepts helps for his disorder.

While most people run from numbers, she invites them. There is one number that she particularly favors (which you can decide). She does everything according to this number of hers, owning that many of one object, doing tasks that many times, etc. she is also obsessed with dividing and multiplying that number into the sounds that she hears.

A hoarder, that’s what this guy is. Anything that he thinks could be relatively useful or minutely important he stashes away for later use, sometimes remembering and forgetting about them. He specifically likes to keep things that are soft and fuzzy.

This little number has had anything but a normal life, coming from infamy created by her parents’ brutal murder. At age seven she witnessed the violent murder of her parents’ and has developed fierce night terrors and a fear of blood and bleeding. The smallest of paper cuts send her into bouts of fear. The only blood that she is able to stand if from her period.

Neophobia, the fear of all things new. Any kind of change or introductory to something new causes this guy to have a panic attack. He has fears of what this new thing will cause and the changes that will be involved by these new things.
